Shivan Patel

As Chief Financial Officer of Allia Health Group, Shivam Patel oversees all aspects of financial management, including accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis. Furthermore, he is responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives. Shivam is excited to be involved with the continued growth of Allia Health Group as the company strives to be a leader in the anti-aging space.

Shivam previously served as a Manager of Trade Finance for CVS Health and developed and refined complex financial scenario models valued at over $5 billion in annual revenue for the commercial and Medicare Part D lines of business. Additionally, Shivam’s extensive experience in developing robust financial forecasting models that incorporate multiple revenue and expense variables are crucial to Allia Health Group’s ability to continue to adapt and grow in the current healthcare market.

Throughout his career, Shivam has endeavored to lead by example with a focus on integrity and excellence while striving to help others learn and grow in their roles. Shivam received his B.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. degree with a concentration in finance from The University of Texas at Dallas.
