Outside of work, Rashad is a competitive bodybuilder, a journey he’s been on since 2008. Most recently, he competed in a national-level pro qualifier in 2023. His personal mantra, “Work. Will. Always. Work.,” reflects his approach to challenges, both on the job and in life.
