Jerry Fu, Pharm.D., ACC

Jerry Fu serves as the Pharmacist in Charge at Southend Pharmacy, where he ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy. Jerry plays a critical role in fostering strong relationships with both prescribers and patients, supporting the customer service team, and providing ongoing skills training to employees.

With over a decade of leadership experience, Jerry has facilitated leadership development seminars since 2012, launched his own leadership coaching company in 2020, and even contributed to over 150 podcasts and a published book chapter. His expertise lies in community and retail pharmacy, with a focus on people development and productivity.

Jerry holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee-Memphis and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Rice University. Certified in leadership coaching, talent optimization, life design, and organizational strategy, he brings a unique perspective to his role, blending technical expertise with a passion for empowering others.

Jerry’s leadership style is thoughtful and collaborative, centered on asking the right questions to help colleagues prioritize and succeed. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and salsa dancing. His personal motto, “Fortune favors the bold,” reflects his proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.
