Caulen’s career is rooted in direct response marketing, with deep knowledge in healthcare lead generation and performance optimization. As the co-founder of Top Tier Leads, he spearheaded campaigns delivering over 25,000 leads per week to the largest health insurance carriers in the U.S., resulting in the company’s acquisition in 2018.

In addition to lead generation, Caulen has extensive experience in building and scaling ecosystems for online consumer brands. As a current managing partner and former CEO of a direct-to-consumer advertising agency, he scaled a portfolio of clients with over $100 million under management. During his leadership, the agency scaled to a team of 27 professionals, earning a reputation for excellence in growth marketing, seasonal launches, and high-performing social advertising.
