Board-certified in sterile compounded products since 2019, Anik brings specialized knowledge and a commitment to safety and quality in pharmaceutical practices. In 2023, she expanded her expertise by earning a master's degree in business and healthcare management, further solidifying her ability to lead teams and optimize operational efficiency.
Anik is passionate about building strong, collaborative teams. Through quality assurance initiatives and continuing education, she holds the teams she leads to the highest standards of sterile compounding practices.
In this role, Anik oversees pharmacy operations, including compliance with regulatory standards and staff development. Known for her integrity and commitment to patient-centered care, Anik has spearheaded quality initiatives such as the creation of an environmental monitoring program with the goal of improving medication safety.
Before joining Southend Pharmacy, Anik served as Director of Pharmacy for a multi-location infusion center, where she managed operations of 4 sterile compounding pharmacies with an overall drug budget of over $100M. During her tenure, she oversaw the building and operationalization of 4 new sterile compounding facilities. Anik holds a pharmacy degree from the University of Montreal, Canada: she obtained license reciprocity in the United States in 2004 and has held various leadership roles since 2008.
Outside of work, Anik enjoys cooking, discovering new restaurants, scuba diving and traveling the world.
